Thank you for purchasing educational materials from Achievers. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

The item must be in the same condition as received.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged product).
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued for items that meet the following conditions:

Damaged/Defective Items: If the product arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Wrong Item Shipped: If we sent the incorrect product, we will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct item or refund.

Change of Mind: Refunds will be issued minus shipping costs if the item meets return conditions.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
